MicroRotofor 微型電泳槽是一種制備型等電聚焦（IEF）儀，它可以將溶液中的復雜蛋白樣品按等電點不同分開。無論是單獨使用還是做為完整蛋白純化流程的一部分，MicroRotofor微型電泳槽都可以簡單、快速、有效地將蛋白從復雜的蛋白混和物中分離和富集出來。使用MicroRotofor 微型電泳槽，等電聚焦（IEF）是在可自由流動的溶液中進行的。因此，每一個組分都可以非常容易地收集得到，甚至可將某些組分再進行分離。液相IEF對于分離那些在凝膠IEF介質中易于沉淀或分離不好的蛋白更有效。而且，在溶液中進行IEF能夠讓蛋白保持其天然等電點（pI）。zui后，因為IEF的pH梯度是通過載體兩性電解質產生的，所以用戶可以隨心所欲地造成任意連續的pH梯度，從而真正通過pI值篩選蛋白樣品。
