啟鯤科技Qikun-WelderII無菌接管機（一代）PVC接管機,TPE接管機是一種全自動裝置，用于無菌焊接熱塑管。
The Qikun-Welder II is a fully automated device for connecting thermoplastic tubing in a sterile welding operation.
該全自動裝置可無菌連接外徑1/4至3/4英寸的熱塑管。
The fully automated device allows sterile connection of tubing with outer diameter from 1/4" to 3/4".
應用（APPLICATIONS）
Qikun-Welder II用于連接生物制藥工藝中使用的一次性袋上的熱塑管，例如C- flexs、Advanta flex。可在非無菌環境中連接單個袋子或袋子組件，并保持產品的無菌性。
The Qikun-Welder II is used to connect thermoplastic tubing such as C-Flex, Advanta flex, on disposable bag assemblies used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Individual bags or bag assemblies can be connected in a non sterile environment by maintainingsterility of the product.
工作原理（OPERATINGPRINCIPLE）
將管夾、刀片和管子裝入Qikun-Welder II,焊接過程自動化。刀片經加熱去熱原 (>400°C)后冷卻至焊接溫度。在整個焊接過程中通過紅外溫度傳感器監控刀片溫度。當刀片溫度達到焊接溫度時，刀片切割熱塑管，熱塑管被連接起形成所需的流體管路。
After the holders, blade and tubes are placed on the right position of the Qikun-Welder II,the following welding process is fully automated. The blade is heated up(>400°C)for depyrogenation, then cooled down to the welding temperature. An infrared sensor monitors and controls the blade temperature during the entire welding process. When the blade reaches the welding temperature, the blade cuts the tubes and the new fluid path is welded together.
