防爆一體化振動變送器
1.簡介:
防爆一體化振動變送器:將磁電式振動傳感器、精密測量電路集成在一起,構成高精度振動測量系統,該變送器可直接連接DCS、PLC或其它設備,是測量風機、電動機、水泵等工廠設備振動的理想選擇。

3. 安裝:
3.1 安裝位置:垂直或者水平安裝于被測振動點上,將傳感器底部M10×1.25×10螺釘固定在被測殼體上,然后將傳感器擰在上面擰緊即可。
3.2 安裝尺寸及規范:參看圖一,若變送器安裝位置受到高溫蒸汽等沖刷時,為降低變送器環境溫度、需加防護措施,一般情況下可不加防護。
3.3變送器接線 說明:黑色導線接DC24V電源正端,藍色導也是4~20mA輸出引線。連接導 線要求有良好的絕緣性能,采用二芯屏蔽電纜。

Explosion-proof Integrated Vibration Transmitter
1. Introduction
Explosion-proof integrated vibration transmitter integrates a magnetoelectric vibration sensor and precision measurement circuit to form a high-precision vibration measurement system.The transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC or other equipment, making it an ideal choice for measuring vibration of fans, motors, water pumps and other industrial equipment.

3. Installation
3.1 Mounting position:Install vertically or horizontally on the measured vibration point.3.2 Mounting method:Fix the M10×1×10 mm screw to the measured equipment housing, then screw and tighten the transmitter onto the stud.3.3 Mounting notes:If the transmitter is exposed to high-temperature steam or scouring, additional protection is required to reduce ambient temperature; generally no extra protection is needed under normal conditions.3.4 Wiring description (2-wire system):
Black wire: Positive terminal of DC 24 V power supply
Blue wire: 4–20 mA output signal
Use 2-core shielded cable with good insulation performance.
