HZB 1600°C Vacuum Molybdenum Wire Furnace
Application
The furnace is used widely by universities and colleges, scientific research institutes and enterprises to sinter the material under the condition of the vacuum or the protective atmosphere. The structure is vertical. It is applicable to the temper, the brazing welding, the sintering and the deairing of metal material under the condition of high vacuum and high temperature; meanwhile, it is also applied to the deshydroxy treatment of the quartz.
Features
1. Molybdenum wire furnace consists of furnace body, vacuum system and electrical control system.
2. Its cover, body and bottom adopt the double-layer water cooling structure.
3. The surface temperature of furnace shell doesn’t exceed 50°C.
4. Temperature measurement adopts tungsten rhenium thermocouple to make sure its accuracy.
5. Vacuum system adopts two stage pump and triple-stage pump.
6. Electrical components adopts the high quality components with the famous brand.
7. The programmed instruments are applied on the furnace, according to requirements the customer can set its program by himself to complete the sintering automatically.
