
檢測原理:利用特異性抗體對目標蛋白進行“夾心"捕獲。首先,預包被的抗體捕獲樣本中的GM-CSF;隨后,依次加入生物素化的檢測抗體和HRP酶結合物,形成免疫復合物;最后,通過TMB底物顯色,其顏色深淺與樣本中GM-CSF的濃度成正比,通過酶標儀在450nm波長下測定OD值,即可計算出濃度。
