Ras 同源基因-Rho相關螺旋卷曲蛋白激酶(Ras homolog gene/a Rho-associated coiled coil-forming protein kinase,Rho-ROCK)信號途徑是中樞神經系統中普遍存在的一條通路，是介導抑制性信號阻斷中樞神經細胞再生的重要途徑。
Thiazovivin, N-benzyl-2-(pyrimidin-4-ylamino)thiazole-4-carboxamide, is a selective inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase (ROCK). It protects human ES cells from death in the absence of ECM by regulating E-cadherin mediated cell-cell interaction. Thiazovivin, in combination with inhibitors of the TGF-beta receptor and the MEK kinases, improves reprogramming efficiency dramatically.
Purity:
Greater than 99% as determined by LC/MS analysis. LC/MS and/or NMR data available upon request.
Biological Activity:
Tested active for culturing human iPS cells in serum-free medium on Matrigel coated plates.
