乳膠微球在免疫診斷學方面有著非常廣泛的應用。采用乳膠微球可以從血清、尿和腦脊液中檢測出微量的抗原或者抗體。微量的抗體可以使抗原包被的微球產生明顯的聚集;同樣微量的抗原也可以使抗體包被的微球產生一樣明顯的聚集。

There arethree kinds of microsphere: carboxyl/amino polystyrene microsphere,carboxyl/amino polymethyl methacrylate microsphere and polystyrene microspherewith blank surface. 3 ELISA反應的增強

Enhanced ELISA response
