Abstract: The paste of litmus battery needs to be finely mixed before coating. But the tiny bubbles in the paste will have to negative affect for the coating procedure. A nonuniform coating flat of the litmus battery always cause badly defeats of products. This article focuses on the best solution for removing the bubbles in the litmus battery. Basically, the method of processing is the planetary paste mixer. But the key for removing bubbles is the setting mode of the mixer. By adjusting the speed of the revolution and the rotation freely, the effect of bubble removing could be controlled by the mixer. But the traditional paste mixer can only just change the ratio of planetary system. It couldn’t be fitted for the different pastes.
鋰電池是目前新能源領域中上升勢頭zui為迅猛的方向之一。特別是近兩年隨著中國國內政策調整及潔凈能源需求擴大，國內鋰電行業產能不斷增長，各鋰電供貨商都紛紛擴大生產能力，以求順應市場需求缺口擴大的趨勢。
其中，行星式真空混料脫泡機在鋰電池漿料混合的制程工藝中有著極大的應用推廣前景；主要原因有兩點。首先，經過有效去除亞微米級氣泡后的漿料的涂布效果有顯著提高。其二，此類經過脫泡處理的漿料可以有效提升極片的品質從而改善后端模組的良率。這是由已經廣泛應用此設備進行漿料處理的韓國三星、LG工廠的實際經驗得到的反饋。
行星式真空混料脫泡機主要工作原理是藉由設備的公轉及自轉產生合成運動，使漿料本身在料罐中不斷有序翻轉，從而將極細微氣泡擠出后由真空去除的過程（參見下圖中的運動合成模擬）。由于此設備只是利用物理本身重力的作用，沒有直接接觸的機械機構，所以可將物料中的亞微米級別氣泡全部排出。
