Product Features
TGMC-3-PT-FW-50 is a widely used pressure control component in hydraulic systems, featuring a stack-mounted structure ideal for integrated hydraulic systems.
Easy installation & compact structure
Stack-type relief valves require no additional connection blocks or piping. They can be directly stacked between hydraulic manifolds, actuators, or other stack valves and secured with bolts. This design greatly reduces the number of pipe joints, saves installation space, and is especially suitable for compact, integrated hydraulic systems.
Simplified piping & reduced leakage
Unlike conventional plate-type relief valves with long external lines and multiple leakage points, stack valves connect directly to adjacent components through internal oil passages. This eliminates external tubing, effectively lowering the risk of hydraulic oil leakage, while also reducing pressure loss and vibration noise.
Flexible configuration & high expandability
This relief valve can be freely combined and stacked with other stack-type valves of the same size (directional valves, throttle valves, check valves, etc.) to build hydraulic circuits as needed. System functions can be modified by adding, removing, or replacing stack valves without changing the main piping layout, resulting in low maintenance and retrofit costs.
