產(chǎn)品活性:Paclitaxel-d5 benzoyloxy 是 Paclitaxel 的氘代物。Paclitaxel 是一種天然抗腫瘤藥,可穩(wěn)定微管蛋白 (tubulin) 的聚合。Paclitaxel 可導(dǎo)致有絲分裂停滯和誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡 (apoptosis),最終導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞死亡。Paclitaxel 還可誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞自噬 (autophagy)。
生物活性:Paclitaxel-d5 benzoyloxy 是經(jīng)過氘化處理的帕克替沙爾。帕克替沙爾是一種天然存在的抗腫瘤藥物,能夠穩(wěn)定微管聚合。帕克替沙爾既能導(dǎo)致有絲分裂停滯,也能引發(fā)細(xì)胞凋亡。此外,它還能誘導(dǎo)自噬[1][2]。
